Mojito moves to Octo Waterfront Lounge next Saturday, June 5th.
Octo is a new, one-of-a-kind outdoor venue right on the water. They have spent millions of dollars on this amazing place and we are going to rock it out. In my wildest dreams, I couldn't have conceived of a batter place for this party. Tons of outdoor lounge seating. Dance floor over the water. It's got it all. Mojito was born to be at Octo..
Mojito has been reborn to what it was originally created for.
Our new resident, DJ Jayo from the legendary 4am Party, has a whole amazing summer full of special guests planned for you. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR DANCE PARTY ON SATURDAY NIGHTS.
We kick off next Saturday, June 5th with an after-party for the Roots Picnic.
Guests are Radioclit (their band, The Very Best, are performing at the Roots Picnic earlier that day). Other guests are Cubic Zirconia with a live show. Cubic Zirconia have rocked Barbary & Pure and have packed the places. Now imagine that outside.
The guestlist has changed. It is now only $5 until 12am on the list (Just $10 without RSVP).
Also, we are moving into the fuuutuuuure...just RSVP and we will send you a text message with your $5 pass. Yes, no more paper passes. No more boring guestlist with your name on it. Just show your text message to the beautiful Veronika (who's also a world-class samba dancer, FYI). IT'S THAT EASY. If you do not own a cell phone, I am sorry but you're not technically "in the future" like we are and you can't get on the list.

ʻOne of the most exciting prospects of 2009ʼ – Jesse Rose
Lucas Hunter & Nat Self are ʻZombie Disco Squadʼ the multi-talented production duo that are taking house music in a new direction. Taking influences from Balie Funk, African rhythms, Baltimore, Hip-Hop, the so-called fidget sound and making it sound fresh. You wonʼt find any cheesy gimmicks in their records but what you will find are tracks played by some of the most influential DJʼs and clubs around the globe. Zombie Disco Squad started life in 2006 after putting on nights around Londonʼs pivotal venues such as the The Social and Catch. They made their name with regular mixtapes, which toured the globe via the internet and had a string of internet ʻhitsʼ (10,000 downloads for the track ʻStraight Boyʼ). Influenced by African percussion, foreign languages and jacking music Lucas & Nat were soon traveling around the world touring the states and across Europe. They had touched down in clubs such as Fabric in London, Panorama Bar in Berlin and Hive in Zurich before even having one official single release. Their remixes, on the other hand, have had plays by Radio 1ʼs Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Zane Lowe to name a few. The boys have already picked up support from across the board with Jesse Rose signing them exclusively to his Made to Play label but not before one Mr Claude VonStroke stepped in for a single on DirtyBird. It happens this Saturday, July 31st outdoors on the water at the beautiful Octo. Big dance floor, under the stars, over the water. With Cosmo & Eli.
This happens after the Mad Decent Block Party this Saturday. PYT will be out at the block party giving out exclusive Eli VS Cosmo stickers and juicy burgers...and then we'll party like no man or woman has partied before.
